What is Voice Therapy?

Voice production relies on the coordination of breathing, vocal fold movement and shaping of speech sounds with our lips, tongue and teeth. Our psychological wellbeing can also affect the way we use and how we feel about our voice.

My holistic approach to voice therapy addresses each of these components, acknowledging your unique social and occupational context. Understanding you and your motivations will be central to our work together.

It is important that you know that voice therapy often involves some minor lifestyle changes and regular practice of exercises, which I will support you through.
